You have 10 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, then you can return the purchase in its original condition (fit for re-sale) with tags and packaging within 10 days of purchase date at your cost.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
In all cases, items that are being returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. Any items received in an unsuitable condition shall not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your cost.
Items purchased on Scentscape come with a 10-day exchange policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with the product, and the item's plastic wrapping has not been opened or damaged, and the product's packaging and product itself have not been damaged, you may exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value within a period of 10 days of purchase date.
As soon as you place order we immediately pack and ship the order within 24-48 hours. If the item is delivered defective or in damaged state, we will replace the order with a similar product.

When making a Return you must ensure to include your original invoice when returning your order. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return. If you wish to return your item, we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund / exchange. However, if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost / damaged order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.
